Brings classroom experience from within UK school settings, with evidence of teaching pupils with literacy difficulties, communication needs, or other SEND (placements or permanent posts considered)
Can demonstrate adaptable, creative lesson design that has produced meaningful progress for pupils with additional needs
Is emotionally resilient, professionally boundaried, and genuinely motivated by working with some of education's most complex learners
Holds full legal entitlement to work in the UK - visa sponsorship is not available
ECT applicants are considered where formal UK teacher training has been completed and some relevant SEND experience can be demonstrated.
