Refund policy

All sales on ESL Careers are final. We do not issue refunds. Read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All sales are final

Every product on ESL Careers is a digital service that is delivered immediately on payment. Once your order is placed and processed, the purchase is non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Single job posts (Standard and Featured)
  • Bulk job-post packs (5, 15, and 30 credit packs)
  • Individual courses
  • The all-access course bundle
  • Banner ad placements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Any other paid service offered on the platform

By completing checkout you acknowledge that you have read this policy, that the service is delivered immediately on payment, and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

No exceptions

We do not refund based on:

  • Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or no longer needing the service
  • Number of applications, views, impressions, or other engagement on a job post or ad
  • Hiring outcomes, including positions filled or unfilled
  • Whether you finished a course, watched specific lessons, or used a download
  • Account closure, deletion, or inactivity after purchase
  • Personal circumstances unrelated to the service we provided

Job posts run for 30 days from the date they go live. Course access is lifetime. Ad placements run for the duration purchased. These are the deliverables in full.

If something is wrong on our end

We will make it right when our system fails to deliver what was purchased. Specifically:

  • Duplicate charges from a single checkout attempt
  • A confirmed technical failure that prevented delivery (for example, a job post that was paid for but never went live and cannot be republished)

In these specific cases, contact hello@esl.careers with your PayPal order ID within 7 days of the original charge. We will investigate and, if confirmed on our side, replace the service or issue a credit. We do not refund cash.

Chargebacks and disputes

Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute on a legitimate purchase is a violation of these terms. We dispute every chargeback with full transaction records, IP logs, and proof of service delivery.

Accounts that file disputes have their job posts, course access, and any other paid services revoked immediately. Revoked services are not restored even if the dispute is later withdrawn. Repeat or fraudulent disputes result in a permanent platform ban.

Try before you buy

We publish free previews on every course (typically 3 to 5 lessons per course) so you can verify the content fits your needs before purchasing. Use the previews. They exist precisely so you do not buy something that is not right for you.
