ESL Careers exists because the tools English teachers use to find work were never really built for them. Job boards bury teaching roles under unrelated postings. Schools waste time in scattered hiring channels. We wanted something focused: one place where teachers can land better ESL jobs and employers can find better candidates, without the noise.

Our principles
- Teachers are the product, not the customer. Profiles are always free. We only charge the people hiring.
- Privacy by default. Your contact details are never listed publicly. Teacher profiles are not indexed, and ESL Careers uses them only inside hiring workflows such as direct applications, employer matching, and employer-side search.
- No spam. Weekly alerts are opt-in and filtered to your region. One-click unsubscribe.
- Clear paid services. Job posts, ads, and school tools are digital services with final pricing, delivery terms, and support before checkout.
Who operates ESL Careers
ESL Careers is operated by Mack Grissom, a software engineer and independent founder based in the United States. The platform is intentionally focused on one market: English teaching jobs, teacher profiles, and employer workflows for schools that hire ESL talent.
Support, billing, and employer questions are handled through hello@esl.careers. Paid job posts are self-serve, and applications route directly to the hiring email on each listing.
