ESL Careers exists because the tools English teachers use to find work, grow their skills, and get hired were never really built for them. Job boards bury teaching roles under unrelated postings. Course platforms treat teaching as a side hustle. We wanted something focused: one place where teachers can land better jobs and employers can find better candidates, without the noise.

What we do

• For teachers: a free resume profile, region-filtered weekly jobs reports, and a library of interactive courses to either learn from or use directly with your own students.
• For schools and recruiters: a dedicated ESL job board where every applicant is actively looking for English teaching work. Post in minutes, get applications in your inbox.
• For everyone: free guides on the blog, a salary calculator, and a library of downloadable teaching materials.

Our principles

• Teachers are the product, not the customer. Profiles are always free. We only charge the people hiring.
• Privacy by default. Your contact details stay hidden until you choose to respond. We never sell teacher data.
• No spam. Weekly alerts are opt-in and filtered to your region. One-click unsubscribe.
• Refunds when we don't deliver. If a paid job post gets zero applications in 30 days, we extend it for another 30 for free or refund in full.
