Native speaking teachers required for January 2017, Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary positions available. Native speaking teachers required for Oct 2026 start High school Science teacher teacher required for grade 9-12 , we follow the Western Australia Curriculum,general science and for ATAR Human Biology. All students have course books and the subject is well resourced and supported teaching load approx.
Key responsibilities
- 22 periods per week, classes are capped at 28 students ( most classes are around 20 students) and the level of English is good with native speakers in most classes.
- We are a Cambridge and WACE accredited school following a combined Thai/ Cambridge/Western Australian curriculum.

Visa and paperwork
Three separate things are involved: a Non-Immigrant B visa, a work permit from Thailand's Ministry of Labour (applied for by your employer), and, for school teaching, permission or a licence from the Teachers' Council of Thailand. A bachelor's degree is the usual baseline for school roles.
Can I start on a tourist visa and convert?
Whether an in-country status change is possible depends on your circumstances and current immigration rules. Confirm the route with Thai immigration and your school before travel. A tourist status does not itself authorize teaching work.
