Teach English in Warsaw, Poland
The capital and the center of corporate English demand.
Warsaw has the deepest market, especially for corporate and one-to-one business English. Pay is the highest in the country and so is rent. Srodmiescie and Mokotow are common expat areas.
Neighborhoods
Śródmieście for the centre and the shortest commute between corporate clients. Mokotów for business parks and quiet. Praga, across the river, for the cheapest rent and the most character. Wola for new buildings and the newer office district.
Cost of living
Roughly 2,500 to 4,500 PLN a month for a one-bedroom. Corporate English is taught at the client's office, often early morning and evening, so a central base is worth more here than extra square metres.

Teachers chasing corporate contracts and the highest earning ceiling in Poland.

Salary: Language schools: 4,000 to 6,500 PLN per month. Corporate and freelance business English: 70 to 130 PLN per hour. Saving is modest, but the lifestyle and central-Europe travel are the draw.
Visa: EU and UK-settled citizens can work freely. Non-EU teachers need a work permit sponsored by an employer plus a national (type D) visa or residence card, which is harder to secure than in Asia. A degree and CELTA/TEFL are effectively required for sponsorship.
